A straightforward starting point
Nimara’s free assessment and qualified Build planning are free. There is nothing to refund for those steps. Paid work begins only after the parties agree to the scope, price, payment schedule, and other terms in writing.
Once paid work begins
Nimara reserves delivery capacity, completes discovery, configures systems, creates materials, and may make approved commitments to third-party providers. Amounts earned for work already completed are generally not refundable. Approved expenses and non-cancellable third-party commitments may also remain payable, as described in the applicable agreement.
If a client ends an engagement early
The parties follow the notice and termination process in the signed agreement. Nimara will account for completed work, approved expenses, and other amounts properly due. Any prepaid amount that has not been earned will be handled as the agreement requires.
If Nimara cannot complete agreed work
If Nimara ends an engagement or cannot complete agreed work, the parties will follow the signed agreement, complete an orderly handoff where required, and settle any unearned prepaid amount according to that agreement and applicable law.
System Care
System Care and System Care Plus may have a defined term, renewal date, minimum commitment, or notice period. Those details appear in the applicable agreement. Ending a support period does not automatically create a refund for service capacity already provided or reserved.
Legal rights remain
Nothing on this page removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Where legislation gives a purchaser a cancellation or refund right, that legislation applies.
