How we work
A Build is the project where Nimara fixes a specific problem and puts the better way of working in place. You see the likely plan, timeline, and price before paid work begins.
Start with a free assessmentBefore paid work begins
No report, detailed recommendations, or obligation to continue.
You receive a one-page plan for the Build. Detailed work begins after you choose to proceed.
A clear next step, or an honest decision that Nimara is not the right fit.
A shared plan showing the steps, responsibilities, records, and tools.
Tools that are ready to use and a team that knows what to do.
A tested way of working your organization can run without Nimara.
The working relationship
Every stage should leave your organization with something concrete and a clear choice about what happens next.
Confirm the right starting point
We begin with a free Fit Check. If Nimara can help, we hold a second free conversation and prepare a one-page plan for the Build.
Listens for the recurring problem, who is affected, the tools involved, why it matters now, who can approve the work, and how it might be paid for.
Brings the leader closest to the problem and explains why it matters now.
Agree on a better way
The first paid step is learning how the work happens today. Together, we decide what should change, who should be responsible, what information needs to be kept, and which tools need attention.
Listens, maps how the work happens now, checks assumptions, and turns the agreed goal into a practical plan.
Shares how the work happens, makes decisions, and confirms what the new approach must support.
Set it up and practise
We set up or connect the useful tools, create trackers and templates, clarify responsibilities, and practise the new approach with the people who will use it.
Builds, sets up the tools, writes instructions, tests the setup, and leads practical training.
Reviews each working version, makes timely choices, and practises the new approach in realistic situations.
Test and hand it over
Your team uses the new setup in day-to-day work before the project is complete. We fix problems, check that everything promised is working, and give your organization the tools and instructions to continue.
Supports day-to-day use, fixes agreed problems, checks the finished work, and prepares everything your team needs.
Uses the new approach, tells us what is not working, confirms the finished work, and names who will look after it.
What your team receives
A shared Build
Your tools are part of the Build
Nimara recommends replacing a tool only when the agreed outcome genuinely requires it.
Software supports the work. It is not the product, and it does not replace decisions made by your staff and leaders.
After the Build
Some clients continue with System Care after the Build. Nimara checks that the setup is still working and makes small improvements when needed.
System Care is optional and only follows work Nimara has built.Common questions
It depends on the Build. Before you pay, the free written plan explains which staff need to join, which decisions they will make, and how much review time is likely to be needed.
Usually not. Nimara starts with the tools already in place, keeps what is useful, and improves how information and work move between them. We recommend replacing a tool only when there is a clear reason.
We pause, explain what changed, and agree in writing on what is included, the timing, or the price. We do not continue without your agreement.
Your organization does. Nimara builds it, trains your team, tests it in real work, and gives you everything needed to take over. Your team makes the final decisions and runs it.

Start with the problem
The free assessment starts with a focused 30-minute conversation. It is not a free review or a full plan. If Nimara is not the right fit, we will say so.
